Avocado Corn Thin Snack
2 - 4 Crackers of your choice (I used corn & quinoa thins)
1x Tbsp Chia seeds
Salt & pepper
Optional: Fresh tomato
1. Chop avocado in half and remove seed. Slice strips down the avocado longways with knife and remove avocado from skin with a large spoon. (Option to also chop tomato here).
2. Lay out rice/corn cakes or crackers and spread cut avocado on top (Add tomato if desired).
3. Sprinkle with Chia seeds.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
