Double Coconut Breakfast Bowl
Serves 3:
Ingredients:
3x Cups Organic Coconut Yoghurt
1x Cup Coconut Chips (I used the brand "Coconut Essence")
3x Cups Granola (your choice of brand/flavour)
2x Ripe bananas
9x Strawberries
2x Large passionfruit
Method:
1. Pour 1 cup granola in each bowl.
2. Add coconut yoghurt on top.
3. Chop bananas & strawberries, add to bowls.
4. Slice passion fruits in half. Add one half of passionfruit in each bowl, and use the leftover half and scoop pulp on to each bowl.
5. Top with coconut chips and enjoy!
