Guacamole Snack
Serves 6
Ingredients:
Guacamole:
6-9x Ripe avocados
3x Fresh Limes
Optional: 1/2 Red onion
Side:
6x Tomatos
1x Tbsp Olive Oil
Optional: Fresh Herbs of choice (recommended cilantro/coriander)
optional: Balsamic Vinegar
Method:
1. Chop avocados in half and carefully remove seed.
2. Using a spoon, scoop out avocado meat in to a bowl. Using the back-side of a fork, smash avocado until a soft creamy consistency. (Option to finely chop onion and mix in.)
3. Squeeze lime juice in to avocado and mix until combined
4. Dice tomatoes, chop herbs and place in seperate bowl.
5. Top tomato mix with olive oil (option for balsamic vinegar) and mix until combined.
Serve with:
Bread/bruschetta or crackers of choice.
