



Packed Papaya Boats
Ingredients:
- 1x Large Papaya/Paw Paw
- Coconut yoghurt (I used CocoTribe Vanilla coconut yoghurt)
- Buckinis
- Granola (I choose gluten free granolas)
- Coconut flakes
- Frozen Raspberries
- Optional: Raw Honey and Peanut Butter (After taking the photos we added a LOT of coconut peanut butter from Naked Foods, and some raw honey from Byron Bay, and to be honest it REALLY made it taste exquisite!!
Method:
1. Cut papaya in half (length way)
2. Spoon out seeds/filling
3. Fill hole with coconut yoghurt
4. Add on toppings of choice: i.e raspberries, granola, coconut chips, buckinis, honey and peanut butter.
5. Enjoy!
