Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl
2x Pink pitaya
4x Frozen bananas
1/2 Cup coconut milk (or preferred plant mylk)
2x Kiwi fruit
1x Passionfruit / Lilikoi
2x Tbsp desiccated coconut
1. Peel pitaya and chop into smaller pieces to blend
2. Add frozen bananas, pitaya and coconut milk in to blender. mix until smooth.
3. Chop kiwi fruit, mango and passionfruit. Pour smoothie in to bowl or glass, top with fruit and coconut. Enjoy!
