I truly believe each and every person can benefit from adding more plant-based foods in to their life.
Mother Nature is kind enough to provide us with an abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes and a variety of other nutrient rich foods, it would be a shame not to utilise these.
When we consume consciously, with awareness and fuel our bodies and minds with living cells from the earth, we are quite literally filling our bodies with vitality and life.
My goal is to encourage you to eat less from a packet, and more from the Earth.
Consuming foods naturally sourced, non genetically modified or processed and local to your area is one of the best ways we can not only do something good for ourselves, but also for animals and the planet!
