Maca & Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
2x Tsp Maca powder
1/2 Punnet raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2x Frozen bananas
250ml Coconut milk
Feel free to get creative and use the toppings of your choice!
I chose summer fruits:
1. Add frozen bananas, Maca powder, raspberries and coconut milk to blender.
2. Mix until smooth. Transfer to bowl for serving.
3. Chop fruit / prepare toppings, and place on top to serve.
Note: For a thicker "ice-cream like consistency, use the least amount of liquid possible, and more frozen bananas.
