Response: Definitely! Everyone SHOULD have those days.. it’s normal and only human to feel emotions after all.. emotions of all kinds; good and bad! However, those negative feelings don’t last forever, just as day turns to night and rain always stops. A healthy mentality is about finding the balance between good and bad. Instead of dwelling in guilt, pity, regret, heartbreak, hate, animosity, shame or ANY other negative feeling.. It’s about recognising you have that negative feeling. Understanding WHY and then taking proactive steps to overcome the feeling and grow from the feeling/experience. We don’t always choose our situations and circumstances but we DO have control over our attitude. Accept the things you cannot change and change the things you cannot accept.
