My "work-out" routine depends how busy I am with work, travel and life in general.
While I do yoga, running and toning/resistance exercises most often, and any of the other girls' programs in my SWEAT App, I also swim, bike ride and surf every now and then.
Most of my exercise is done unintentionally - I have far too much energy most of the time, so I am always moving about, walking somewhere, climbing the stairs rather than an escalator, going on hikes, exploring new places etc.
I don’t workout because I hate my body, I workout because I love it and I want to cherish it; so I am not obsessed with exercise and I do not over train myself. I give my body the activity it needs and also let it rest and recover :)
Even when I am incredibly busy I try to do 5-15 mins of stretching each day as I find that helps create balance not only physically but also emotionally and mentally.
